  • 100g starter
  • 80g strong white flour (M&S organic)
  • 80g water

Taking care not to get flour round the sides. But after 5 seconds of kneading soon realised the futility of trying to do this.

  • 75g strong wholemeal flour (Marriage’s)
  • 250g strong white flour (M&S organic)
  • 3g salt
  • 20g EVOO
  • 260g water

On to menu 32 (pizza dough). Let if finish.
