Mostly white sourdough (***)

  • 80g starter
  • 70g wholewheat flour
  • 80g water

Menu 32 for 18 minutes then menu 30 for 2½ hours.

  • 60g wholemeal spelt (Doves)
  • 300g strong white flour (Nelstrop)
  • 300g water
  • 15g EVOO
  • 3g salt

Menu 32 (ended up being full 45 minute program). Then menu 10 overnight

ok, but slightly sunken and not keen on the texture. A bit sticky like sticky rice. Will reduce water next time.
