  • 70g starter
  • 70g wholewheat flour
  • 80g water

Menu 32 for 20 minutes then menu 30 for, what now?, 3hrs20 …

  • 40g Cotswold Crunch
  • 340g (or was it 380g? Did I zero the scales?) swf (Nelstrop)
  • 15g EVOO
  • 3g salt
  • 280g water

Menu 32 then menu 10 overnight.


ok, but still a little sunken. Is that the Cotswold Crunch? Vague flour measurement? Too much water? None of the above?
