Mostly white sourdough

  • 80g starter
  • 70g wholewheat flour – Marriage’s
  • 90g water

Menu 32 for ~20 minutes then menu 30 1hr40.

  • 80g wholewheat flour (Marriage’s)
  • 300g strong white flour (Nelstrop)
  • 280g water
  • 16g EVOO
  • 3g salt

Menu 32 for 5 minutes then menu 10 overnight

Result

Very good.
