Well I’m not short of flour …

16kg bags of Nelstrops flour

White sourdough (*****)

  • 100g starter
  • 60g strong white flour (Nelstrops)
  • 70g water

Menu 32 for around 10 minutes then menu 30, but only for about an hour.


It’s going to be all out Nelstrops …

  • 400g strong white flour (Nelstrops)
  • 260g water
  • 20g EVOO
  • 5g salt

Menu 32 for around 8 minutes then menu 10 overnight.


Really good. Probably best yet.
